We’re excited to welcome Tom Devitt to our nationwide team of Field Service Engineers, strengthening our commitment to providing industry-leading in-field support across the UK.
Tom began his career as a Plant Maintenance Apprentice with Nationwide Platforms, driven by a passion for the construction industry. Now, with over 13 years of hands-on experience, Tom brings a solid foundation of skills and knowledge to his role at Miller.
In his most recent position as a Mobile Plant Fitter for Clancy Plant, Tom became familiar with Miller’s strong reputation for safety, quality, and innovation, particularly through our ‘Work Safe with Miller’ campaign, which inspired his interest in joining our team.
In his new role, Tom will handle installation, commissioning, and equipment maintenance for Miller products across the country, providing efficient and expert customer service.
Talking about his new role, Tom said: “Since joining the business it’s been great. I’ve had the opportunity to get out onto different sites and meet customers representing the Miller brand. I look forward to working closely with our customers and other departments in the business to get the best results.”
Tom enjoys traveling and exploring new parts of the UK, which he hopes to do in his new role, and values time with his three children when he’s not on the road.
